These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Imgpeach at imgpeach.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What Imgpeach is
Imgpeach provides free, browser-based image tools. Processing generally happens on your device in your browser. The Service is provided as-is for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will only use the Service with images and content you have the right to use.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure beyond normal use of the tools.
- You are responsible for keeping backups of important files. Imgpeach does not store your images.
Content you process
Because files are processed locally, we do not host your images. You remain solely responsible for the legality of any content you choose to process with the tools.
Intellectual property
Imgpeach’s branding, site design, copy, and software are owned by Imgpeach or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse the Service’s branding or substantial parts of the site without permission.
You retain ownership of your images. Using Imgpeach does not transfer ownership of your files to us.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue tools or the Service at any time without notice. Features may evolve as we add or remove tools.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always review edited images before using them in important contexts.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMGPEACH AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imgpeach and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on hosting, analytics, or other third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Imgpeach is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction may have exclusive venue for disputes, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
